Materials

As always, Honeybea pieces are made responsibly with hand-picked and thoughtfully revitalized vintage, thrifted and despairingly distressed or displaced historic heirloom textiles, expertly hand-cut, preserved and sewn locally in small batches.

Although we take the utmost care to ensure all of our products meet the highest quality standards, please know that imperfections, aging and wear are part of the soul that we celebrate in these beautifully weathered textiles. All pieces are one, or a few of a kind, therefore slight pattern layout differences may occur.

Combined Shipping

Thank you for understanding that we do not offer combined shipping as it is extremely time consuming and costly for our small business and team. Please purchase items simultaneously to ensure they will ship together. Combined shipping can be arranged at an additional charge of $20 CAD. Please send us an email with your order numbers and an invoice will be delivered promptly.

Returns

We want you to love your piece!

If you have received an item you are unsatisfied with, please don’t hesitate to let us know! We are happy to accommodate an exchange or store credit if we hear from you within 5 days of receiving your item*. The item must of course be unworn and unwashed if you would like us to take it back.

Please note that return shipping, all duties and the cost to ship your exchange will be the sole responsibility of the customer. To avoid the cost of duties when returning an item, please be sure to label your customs declaration slip as a return. Please email loveisall@honeybea.ca with your order number, reason for return, and whether you would like an exchange or store credit to start the process.

*Please note that all vintage, sale and discounted items are always final sale.

Damaged Items

If you receive a Honeybea item that is damaged in ways that exceed our antique and second hand materials policies, please be sure to let us know so we can help make it right! Please send an email promptly upon receiving your item including your order number, a description of the damages and any photos to help us identify the problem and proceed with appropriate action. Despite our fussiest attention to detail, these things can happen and either a refund or compensation for any DIY mending will be offered.
